The International STEM Olympiad is an internationally recognized STEM Olympiad which conducts online examinations in the field of mathematics, science, technology and engineering, coding, AI and art. There are a total of over 1700 participant schools and over 38 000 participating students from over 130 countries across all branches of the International STEM Olympiad. In 2024, I participated in the coding category and placed 2nd internationally for coding among all grade 9 students who participated. In 2025, I plan on participating in coding and engineering in the International STEM Olympiad.

The VEX V5 Robotics Competition is among the largest and fastest growing high school robotics program globally with more than 20,000 teams from 50 countries playing in over 1,700 competitions worldwide. Students design robots,  program robots, document the creation of robots and engage in PR activities. I am an active member of my local VEX Robotics Team, which has participated in several tournaments in Ankara, the capital of Türkiye, and in the 2024 Istanbul Türkiye national championship. Within the team, I am responsible of programming and engineering notebook as we head into our 2nd year as a team.

FRC or First Robotics Competition, similarly to VEX, is among the largest international high school robotics program with thousands of schools participating in all sorts of competitions worldwide. Students create robots and the code of these robots while also promoting the robots they have created and their team spirit through PR activities. My VEX also officially became an FRC team this year, and I serve in writing the code within my team.
